Day One

"Picnic in the Park"

After sleeping in, grab some breakfast and get ready for a leisurely day. Explore Coolidge Park and Renaissance Park as you stroll along our famous Riverwalk. Pick up a few essentials from our local, organic food store, Greenlife, and have yourself a quiet picnic in the park. Browse the shops along Frazier Avenue and pick up a few mementos from your trip. After dinner, head over to Rhythm and Brews for live music.

Day Two

"Dinner and a Movie"

The Bluff View Art District is a great place to start exploring downtown. Take in the authentic Old World style architecture as you browse galleries, view sculpture gardens, play bocce ball, and sample some of the best pastries in town. Head down to Ross's Landing where you can walk, play a game of frisbee, and learn about our history. Finish the evening with dinner at one of our fine downtown restaurants and a blockbuster or independent movie at the first LEED certified movie theater in the country, the Majestic 12 Cinema.

Day Three

"Romance on the River"

Spend the morning shopping and dining at the newly-renovated Warehouse Row in downtown Chattanooga. Hop on the downtown electric shuttle and visit the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo to visit a real piece of southern history. On Sunday afternoons, head over to the open-air Chattanooga Market for music, food, art, and other items hand-crafted by locals and nationally recognized artisans. As evening approaches, you'll want to enjoy the breeze coming off the river as you sit on the deck of the historic Delta Queen Riverboat. Finish the day by taking in a show at the Chattanooga Theatre Centre or taking a downtown carriage ride in the evening.
